Summary:
Aide in the daily operations of running a successful jewelry manufacturing company in Signal Hill, CA. Duties include entering, processing, and shipping out orders as they come in by fax, phone, and internet. Assist many departments including accounting, data entry, sales, and marketing. Prepare and manage inventory for 45 retail and wholesale shows annually as well as receive and manage inventory back in. Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in correspondence by email. Manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, and car rentals for executives and sales team.
