Lisa has more than 25 years of experience sourcing talent for freight forwarders in the
international trade arena. She represents major forwarders across the 50 states and is
heavily relied upon to recruit viable professionals with expertise/knowledge within the
industry. She currently leads the team over at Interstate Personnel the past 7 years, after
being with another staffing firm nearly 13 years. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Business
Administration from Loyola Marymount University and has served on the WIT board in
the past and is currently a long term member of both the CBFFA and the FTA. Integrity
and relationships are a critical element in who she recruits for and in who she represents.
