Under limited supervision, administers all employee benefits programs and policies, including health, welfare and retirement plans.  Direct regional Human Resources Management on benefits procedures guidance and assistance.  Councils employees on the usage of their benefits and resolves issues and problems on their behalf.  High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent, preferred.  Minimum of four years experience in Benefits Administration required.  General knowledge of all benefit programs (including, but not limited to Health & Welfare, Retirement Plans, Executive Programs and Work/Life Issues).  Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) required.  Must have the ability to communicate to all levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing.  Must have excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.  Completion of two or more CEBS classes a plus.
